THE KITCHEN

The fully equipped kitchen allows chef Steven to create genuine local and international seafood delicacies.

Each day starts with a rich breakfast: tropical fruit, eggs and bacon, pastries and jams, accompanied by excellent Kenyan tea and coffee.

Produce from the land and sea provide a wide choice: catch of day in all its forms, mangrove crabs, lobsters, octopus and shrimp while goat is a delicacy for festivities or special occasions. 

The evening meal is organized by Juma on the large patio or in the garden on the edge of the creek. Guests choose their meal from the fresh food available each day. Great Kenya beer is a good alternative to the fine South African wines, now very popular in Europe as well.
