The property managers at Chongalulu are Roberto Biancardi, his wife Paola Spoldi and his son Jacopo.  After wandering for 20 years all over Africa, Roberto, Paola and Jacopo have found their "retreat" at Mtwapa Creek, and have decided to share their experience and their love for Kenya with selected guests.

Roberto, a former university professor and entrepreneur, spends part of the year in Kenya and, when in Italy, in Monferrato, he is a wine producer of the famous "Dolcetto". He speaks Swahili and is a passionate golfer. (hcp 5)

Paola, a chartered accountant, is in charge of the administration of the resort, and any improvements.

Jacopo, who usually lives on the property for six months of the year, is an expert fisher. He is in charge of the management and organization of the house, the fishing excursions and the game drives.

 The entire team is available to meet those who may be interested in the "special" holidays they offer.
